Early dramas

So here we begin...! Currently sat at the gate in Heathrow awaiting boarding and thought I'd test this out.

The drama has already begun. We managed to get to the airport in great time thanks to our top notch support crew (our parents!), almost too the front of the check in queue. Result. Passports handed over, bag on the conveyor waiting...

Then told we would not be allowed to fly out due to having no outward travel ticket on a tourist visa. Uh oh... A few conversions later and I'm at the ticket desk buying two random tickets to Kathmandu. Looks like we've got a date for nepal after all..!

Back to the (now 3 mile long) queue and all is well. Was expecting hold ups and things not to go to plan, but not T-3 hours before the flight...
